Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will promptly investigate and remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material if appropriate. We may also notify the user who posted the content that it has been removed or disabled.

4. Counter-Notification Procedure

If your content was removed in response to a DMCA takedown notice and you believe it was mistakenly removed or qualifies as fair use, you may submit a counter-notification. The counter-notification must include:

  • Your Contact Information: Your name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.

  • Identification of the Removed Material: A description of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before it was removed or disabled.

  • Statement of Consent to Jurisdiction: A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if you are located outside the United States, to the jurisdiction of any judicial district in which the Site may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the DMCA notice or an agent of that person.

  • Electronic or Physical Signature: A physical or electronic signature.

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the person who filed the original DMCA notice. If the original complainant does not file a lawsuit within 10 business days, we may restore the removed content.

5. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed repeat infringers. We also reserve the right to limit access to our Site and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe the intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.

6. Limitations of Liability

We make reasonable efforts to comply with copyright law and respond to DMCA notices. However, we are not responsible for user-generated content posted on our Site, and we assume no liability for copyright infringement committed by users of our Site.
